# Gitea issues

Use `gitea_issue`. Issues and pull requests share numbers in Gitea; check `pull_request` on the issue object before treating it as a PR.

## Actions

| Find across repos | `search` |
| List in a repo | `list` (`state`: open/closed/all) |
| Open | `create` with `body.title` and `body.body` |
| Comment | `add_comment` with issue `index` |
| Labels / milestones | `labels`, `add_label`, `list_milestones` |

Do not close, delete, or bulk-edit issues unless the user asks.

For operations not in the action list (reactions, time tracking, dependencies), search `gitea_catalog` with tag `issue` and call `gitea_call`.
