# Gitea pull requests

Gitea uses **pull requests** (`/pulls`), not GitLab merge requests.

## Workflow

1. `gitea_pull` action `get` (and `files`, `commits`, `diff`, `reviews`)
2. Summarize intent and risks
3. Only `merge` when the user explicitly asks. Pass `body.Do` as Gitea expects (`merge`, `rebase`, `rebase-merge`, `squash`, or `manually-merged`)

## Create

`gitea_pull` action `create` with body:

- `head` — source branch
- `base` — target branch
- `title`, `body`

Cross-repo forks use `head` as `owner:branch`.

## Reviews

`create_review` then `submit_review`. Event is typically `COMMENT`, `APPROVE`, or `REQUEST_CHANGES`.
