gitea-actions-status Check Gitea Actions run health and drill into failed jobs

Check Gitea Actions status for the owner/repo the user names.

  1. gitea_actions action list_runs (newest first). If that 404s, the instance is older than the runs API — say so and list workflow files under .gitea/workflows or .github/workflows with gitea_contents.
  2. For a failed run, get_run and list_tasks. Summarize which jobs failed and the first error signal.
  3. Suggest rerun only if the user asks to retry. Do not print secret values or fetch runner registration tokens.
