gitea-create-release Create a Gitea release from a tag on the configured instance

Create a release on the Gitea repository the user names.

  1. Confirm tag with gitea_git / gitea_release get_by_tag.
  2. Draft notes from recent commits if the user did not provide a body.
  3. gitea_release action create. Keep it as draft if they are unsure.
  4. Do not delete existing releases.
