gitea-review-pr Review a Gitea pull request on the configured self-hosted instance

Review the Gitea pull request the user names (owner/repo#number).

  1. Fetch PR, files, commits, reviews, and diff with gitea_pull.
  2. Write a structured review (must fix / should consider / nice to have).
  3. Recommend COMMENT, APPROVE, or REQUEST_CHANGES.
  4. Do not merge or submit a review unless the user asks to post it.
