Open a pull request on the Gitea repository the user names.
|
|
|
|
1. Confirm `owner/repo`, `head` (source branch), and `base` (target branch). If the user is in a git checkout, use the current branch as `head` unless they say otherwise.
|
|
2. Draft a title and body from the branch commits if they did not provide them.
|
|
3. `gitea_pull` action `create` with body `head`, `base`, `title`, and `body`. Cross-repo forks use `head` as `owner:branch`.
|
|
4. Do not merge. Return the PR number and URL.
